CNC Turning with Bar Feeders:
We have 3 CNC lathes equipped with bar feeders, ideal for high-volume production runs. These machines are capable of turning parts with a maximum diameter of 42mm, ensuring fast, efficient, and precise machining for small to medium-sized components.
Additional we got an Okuma LB3000EXIII MYC950 with livetooling and barfeeder. The perfect allrounder for high precise parts and production runs.
CNC Turning with Live Tooling
Additional we got an Okuma LB3000EXIII MYC950 with live tooling and bar feeder. The perfect allrounder for high precise parts and production runs. With a maximum part diameter of 350mm and 950mm length we are able to cover a huge range of parts.
Heavy-Duty CNC Lathe:
For larger, more intricate parts, our heavy-duty CNC lathe can handle components up to 600mm in diameter, with a maximum length of 1600mm, depending on the diameter of the part. This machine is perfect for turning large, high-precision components with tight tolerances, ensuring the same level of accuracy and finish as our smaller machines.
