3-Axis Milling:
Our 3-axis milling machines are capable of handling parts up to 1200mm x 600mm, making them perfect for general machining and mid-sized components. These machines are ideal for high-precision work across various materials, ensuring tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes.
5-Axis Milling:
Our DMU 105 FD Monoblock offers full 5-axis simultaneous milling, with a working envelope that can accommodate parts up to 1000mm in diameter and 2 tons in weight. This powerful machine is designed for the most complex, multi-dimensional parts, delivering exceptional accuracy and the ability to machine intricate geometries with ease.
In addition to our DMU105, we have now secured a brand-new Okuma M560V-5AX, further enhancing our 5-axis capabilities
