3-Axis Milling:
Our 3-axis milling machines are capable of handling parts up to 1300mm x 750mm, making them perfect for general machining and mid-sized components. These machines are ideal for high-precision work across various materials, ensuring tight tolerances and excellent surface finishes.
5-Axis Milling:
Our DMG DMU 105 FD Monoblock combines full 5-axis simultaneous milling with integrated turning capability, allowing us to manufacture highly complex components in a single setup. With capacity for parts up to 1200 mm in diameter and 2 tonnes in weight, it provides exceptional flexibility for large, heavy and multi-dimensional components.
Alongside the DMG, our Okuma M560V-5AX provides high-performance 5-axis machining for complex precision components.
Our DN Solutions DVF 5000 III further expands our simultaneous 5-axis capacity, giving us greater flexibility and availability for demanding machining work.
With three dedicated 5-axis machining centres, including the advanced mill-turn capability of the DMG, we can match each job to the most suitable machine — from smaller precision components through to large, complex parts requiring both milling and turning.
With these capabilities, we can handle everything from simple machining to highly complex parts with multiple angles, undercuts, and tight tolerances.
